Some of our sites are throwing "Error handling client : [Errno 32] Broken
pipe" errors. This results in UNKNOWN errors at the Event Console Service.
(UNKNOWN - Invalid answer from event daemon). Our current workaround is to
stop mkeventd, delete the status file (~/var/mkeventd/status) and restart
mkeventd. The size of the status files is between 5 and 12 MB.
We can replicate the error, if we copy back the old status file and restart
mkeventd. The status file seems to be ok (the dict can be processed by
python without errors).
What can we do?
