[Check_mk (english)] How to contribute to check_mk git repository?

But I did not find any instructions on contributing.

I would like to help expand some features in predictive monitoring, e.g.

Can anyone provide guidance on how to go about contributing these changes? Many open source projects now have a `CONTRIBUTING.md` in their repo explaining this (e.g. https://blog.github.com/2012-09-17-contributing-guidelines/) but I did not find one in this repo.

we don't allow direct access to our GIT.

If you've addons or other contributions feel free to provide those in
a mail to ***@check-mk.org, your changes attached and describing
your approach in the mail...
